Designation tab
This tab is used for editing descriptions, either fully specified names, synonyms or text definitions, . All descriptions of a given concept are shown, i.e. in the local language refset, the EN-US language refset, as well as descriptions not belonging to any of them and retired descriptions are shown. New descriptions may be added and descriptions from user's own language refset may be changed (acceptability, case sensitivity) or retired. Also, descriptions from other language refsets may be changed to acceptable in user's language refset.

Step-by-step guide
Insert your steps.
- Click Edit to open the edition interface
- Click Add to select a description type
- Write the description term and define its acceptability and case sensitivity
- Click the arrow in a description row of another language refset to make it acceptable for the user's language refset (the asterisk will indicate that there are unsaved descriptions)
- Click Save changes to post the new concept version
- Click pencil icon of an existing description to display drop-down menu
- Select Inactivate to move the description to the Inactive descriptions row below

- Click Save changes to post the new concept version
