Only concepts of the own language refset can be inactivated, i.e. someone working with the Denmark extension cannot inactivate a concept from the International Edition or from the Spanish extension. Therefore, the option Inactivate concept is shown for concepts of the own extension only.

Step-by-step guide

1. Click Inactivate concept to open the inactivation interface

2. Select a reason for inactivating the concept in the drop-down (if no reason is selected, Reason not stated will be specified by default)

3. Drag the concept that fits to the reason for inactivation into the specified field

4. Click Inactivate

5. The reason for inactivation can be found as an Attribute Value Refset in the Refsets tab

6. Press Change reason for inactivation whenever you want to change the reason for inactivating a concept

7. Select an option from the drop-down menu

8. Drag the concept that fits to the reason for inactivation into the specified field

9.Visualize the change in reason for inactivation in the Refsets tab
