Creating synonyms for specific uses

Synonyms for specific uses, like terms used in a given medical specialty or part of the healthcare system or common terms used by non-medical persons, may be created. Context synonyms will be created in the default language and they will be displayed in the corresponding tabs. Context summary tab shows all the descriptions in 

Step-by-step guide

1. In Designation- default language tab, add a description to be used in a patient friendly terminology, with Acceptability = NOT ACCEPTABLE

2. In the Patient friendly tab, change acceptability to PREFERRED

3. The designation context will show the description with acceptability preferred

4. View the descriptions with their acceptabilities en the Context Summary tab
