1. Specifying Project Configuration

The configuration panel allows managing users and permissions. Also, includes a tool for translating semantic tags. All these capabilities are shown in tables of preference settings. Clicking each link will display different screens where the allowed options may be selected.
1.1 'Users' setting
This link will show a table with usernames, their emails, and whether they are or not members of the project, as well as their roles.

- Click Member checkboxes to display the Role drop-down menu and specify each user role
1.2 'Roles' setting
This link shows a table that lists the existing roles and their permissions. These may be changed by selecting or unselecting permission checkboxes. To do this the user should have project configuration permission.
Step-by step guide
- Click role rows checkboxes to enable specifying each user role, as specified in each workflow.
- Click save changes to save the allowed tasks for each role.
- Click New Role to create a new role (a modal window where the new role name and description are specified is opened)
4. Open the drop-down menu to specify allowed activities.
5. Click Create to display the new role in the Role Table.
1.3 'Semantic tags' setting
This link shows a table that enables semantic tag translation to a target language for all those extensions that translate SNOMED CT’s fully specified names. Changes should be saved after translating sematic tags. Translated semantic tags will be used for the specific project in use only.
Step-by-step guide
First semantic tag translation:
- Translate each semantic tag
- Save changes
- Click Export Semantic Tags to avoid translating FSNs in other projects (they will be downloaded to user’s computer as a .txt file for further use).
Re-use of already translated semantic tags:
4. Click Import Semantic Tags from file to use already translated semantic tags from other projects saved as Semantic Tags.txt file (the semantic tags will be automatically displayed.
