Summary
Simple Type Refsets Assets can be populated in two different ways:
Extensional RefsetsAssets: By manually adding and removing members.
Intensional RefsetsAssets: By linking the Refset Asset with an existent Query query based on ECL.

To edit Refset Asset members, you should first select the desired Refset Asset from the list, and click on the “Open Asset” button.

Adding members
Drag&Drop
Extensional Refsets Assets can be populated by dragging concepts retreived by the Search Module as well as the Taxonomy, and dropping them in the Refset Editor module on the left.

Bulk adding
From Excel
Members can be addded by uploading a compatible Excel file.

From briefcase
You can also add members by importing previously added concept from the Briefcase.
The Compare with briefcase button displays a list of the concepts from the briefcase that are not yet members of the refsetAsset.

You can remove a member by clicking on the cross icon next to each concept.

For linking the Refset Asset to a previously saved query, you will need to select it from the “Linked with query” dropdown, and click on the “Sync” button after that.
