Task Manager

Task Manager

Opening the Task manager will display the workflow tasks already created, which will be automatically cleared when completed. Also, Jira issues (if any) and the results of QA rules ran for a given task are listed. Selecting a worklist will display list components on the right. A filter allows to filter by text string (complete or partial words), users and states. Concepts may be reassigned in batch to other users, with the same status or a different one if the actions on the workflow (transitions) are changed.

It is possible to graphically monitor the task progress, both viewing User progress and concept Status progress, according to the task workflow. These pie charts help to keep track of both completed and pending tasks.

From the blue Create assignments button you can access a window to enter all the parameters necessary to generate specific tasks and assign them to different participants. You can import previously selected concepts from the briefcase or from any other worklist, and assign them to the correct user. Once created the task, users will be able to view the assignment in their translation or authoring interfaces.
